Sim Games

So I had a discussion recently about the sim games, mostly Sim City and Civilization. It seems to me atleast, that the games are getting crazy hard. You really have to know how to manage things

True, but that's because unlike real life, you're the ONLY person running things. In a real society you have many levels of management and things are deligated appropriately. In the game you gotta run it all. I like older sim games just to have a bit of fun playing god with the pixel people.

I like the original sim city.

for the life of me, I could never figure out why my roads always deteriorated, but then I got older and realized that you have to give transportation enough money or the roads won't be upkept... silly me

Anyway, civilization is crazy hard. You have to deal with every little thing, which is one of the reasons its not a real time game. If it was, it'd be even HARDER.

As it stands, you can take 3 or 4 hours to complete a turn in civilization if you need to.

For University, Nightlife, SimThemePark, SimGolf, SimChristmas, which game is the best game and the easiest game for new user?

I could never figure out SimThemepark for the life of me. Roller Coaster tycoon is better.
