WoW doesn't care?!

After reading this it doesn't sound like Blizzard doesn't care about their server problems. Whats your thoughts?

I've heard from a lot of people lately how bad the lag and server stability has been.

does WoW cost money? If so this is a major insult, if not then it's less of an insult. I'm sure they will do something about it though.

They currently charge $14.95 per month. I've gone through their support forums and have seen just tons and tons of complaints.

and THAT's why I won't pay for WoW...well that and I don't play enough to make it worthwhile.

I wouldn't pay a dime if they can't maintain acceptable levels of service. If they're gonna skimp on quality then stop paying them.
