How Big a threat it the Nintendo Revolution to Sony?

Nintendo will reportedly be launching around the same time as the PS3, and I know what many of you are thinking,

"The Revolution won't be nearly as powerful as the PS3 and it doesn't have blu ray!"

But consider this comparison:

The Nintendo DS has greatly out sold the Sony PSP in Japan. Now what intrigues me are features that the PSP and DS have that will be similar to the Revolution vrs. the PS3:

The PSP has superior graphics, and is capable of playing UMD disks. But it's losing to the DS. The PSP is at circutcity.com $249.99
The PS3 will have superior graphics, and will play Blu Ray disks. The PS3 is rumored to be priced at $500 and up.

The DS has inferior graphics and it only plays games, but has an innovative second screen that is touch sensitive. But it's winning the handheld battle in Japan. The DS is $129.99 at circutcity.com
The Revolution will have inferior graphics and only play standard DVDs, but it will have several innovative features such as an online game database and motion sensitive controller. The revolution will cost under $300.

Do you think Sony should fear a DS effect when it launches against the Revolution this year?

Well with the price that cheap, I don't think they could keep them in stock...They will out sold Sony if both releases at the same time...
