Cod waw patch 1.5

Hi guys..i am trying to install cod waw patch 1.5 The problem i am having is, that when i run the set up wizard, it tells me that i don`t have the game downloaded on my pc, but i have..! It then tells me to go into the game and type in my cd key. I have done that but it still doesn`t `work :-( Any ideas ??

Where did you get this game from? Is it a legit copy?
