installation interuptions

I'm trying to install Age of Empires 3 on my system which far surpasses the recomended requirements...half way in to the disk 2 data instalation the window just disapears from the screen. When I click on the drive, it says to insert disk one, and the whole sad saga repeats over and over, always disapearing from my screen just into the second disk instalation. My disks are brand new, the key code correct and my computer has no major mechanical issues that I know of.... please help! Thank you.

Hi beautifulnoise,

It sounds like you have a faulty/scratched disc, given that it crashes at the same point every time. Click here and follow all the instructions (Step 2 involves checking for scratches, etc). If your disc is indeed scratched, you can try a scratch remover, or simply take it back to where you bought it and get a replacement.

Go to the shop from where you bought the disk, and throw them at their face. it is a corrupted disk.
