Problem With ARMA II

I Have A DELL DIMENSION 5150 With A xfx 8600 gt. i Bought ARMA through Steam but every time i try to run the program it just make the scrren black then come out and error which when i click return's me to the desktop. I have try CANYOURUNIT and it passed both minimum and recomemded. Please help out. i tried reinstalling and redownloading the game but it still wont work.

Hello hellheroes!

First, try running it as administrator.

If that doesn't work, try going to steam and clicking Validate Game Cache on the game.

If all fails, get Revo Uninstaller (www.revouninstaller.com) and uninstall the game with that, then reinstall.
