CSS not working with Radeon 9200 for some reason

hey, this is my first time on here so any help is greatly appreciated!!

Ok well basically i have Counter-Strike: Source on Steam which i bought ages ago (maybe 2 or 3 years ago, and havent played since).
I still have the exact same computer, still the ati radeon 9200 gfx card and yeah but ive like reformatted the computer a few times and obviously lost CSS in doing so.

Now to the point. I re-downloaded CSS yesterday and upon the download finishing i double-clicked it (to launch) and i got a pop-up saying this:

Video Driver Outdated
Your video drivers appear to be out of date and could cause problems if you choose to continue to run the game. We strongly recommend that you follow the link below and update your video drivers to the latest version available from your driver vendor.
Your Driver details
Windows Version: Windows XP
Description: RADEON 9200 SERIES
Version: 6.14.10.6614

(and then a link to the driver update page..)

[Continue Anyway] [Cancel]

Ok so i went to the website they suggested, and the only 'driver' update they had for the radeon 9200 was Catalyst Control Center. I downloaded this and tried to install it..it said i needed .net or something so i downloaded .NET Framework 3.5 as a mate suggested (using windows updates which i must admit i HAD been neglecting..)

now when i double click the CCC icon it doesnt open

and i still get the same message when i try to open CSS :(

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Hello Coldnitez!

Here is what you need to download:

This doesn't only have the Control Center, it also has the Display Driver. Download and install that, then try playing.
