Componet Transfer Error

While getting to the third install disk out of four. On the third one it stops near the end of it and locks up on a file:
C:\...\data\movies\trt_mis08_56_pla.bik

I wait a minute and this screen appears

Componet transfer error
componet: EFS Package
File Group: Common-Data
File: E:\data4.cab
Error: The request could not be performe because of an I\O device error
This happens on GRAW Install third disk.
My system requirments are all good for the game.

Hi and welcome to TSF!
Have you tried all the steps listed here, especially the condition of the disk?
