Cryostsis access violation error

access violation at address 766254D8. Read of address 0305D76C.

Access violation at address 71C35FSF. Read of address 42215F40.
Access violation at address 71C35FSF. Read of address 42215F40.

I get these four errors when trying to install the game. Anyone have any ide what may be causing them?

Hi AlbleNox, welcome to TSF.

Make sure your HD and the installation path is not Write Protected or Read Only.
Make sure your antivirus is not blocking the game

Well thats the thing, It opens up and its like
Allow/deny
I click allow, its like
"Hey! Do you wanna install?"
-clicks install-
ACCESS VIOLATION

So I was like okay, -gives himself full control over his C drive-
Still getting the same error

Are you using an Administrative account?

Its the only account on the computer, so it should be.

And it doesn't give me any like "Install to this path!" so I can't put it on my other hdd, Cryostasis just hates me

I'm thinking there is something wrong with your HDD.... Reinstalling Windows would solve this problem.

Try turning UAC (User Account Control) off just while installing. Search for it in the Start menu and it will come up.

Also, when running the installation, make sure you right click and select 'Run as Adminstrator'.
Even when using an administrator account, Vista will still run applications in a protected mode to protect itself. This can cause some problems with programs or games during installations.
