When I Click On My Fs2004 Icon It Says "the Is A Beta Copy Of Fsuipc Which Expired On 30/6/06"

You can download the latest non-beta version of FSUIPC 4 from http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html
Unzip the file into a temporary folder, then copy FSUIPC.DLL into your MODULES folder.
