re installation of CoH

ok I havent read through all the support docs on here! there's too many...
Problem is I deteled CoH... didnt use the uninstall option.
So now it tells me that there is a version of the game all ready installed and I have to use the add remove programme to get rid of the programme.
Problem is there is no trace of the game left that I can find. There is no trace in add/remove programmes. There is no trace in the registery. I have gone through every file I can find with show hidden files and folders off.
I have used microsft registery checker to check all the registory files and make sure there is no trace of any files from CoH, THQ or Relic. I have use CCleaner to check for the same thing and and broken files. I have used Pandora recovery to try see if I can recover the deleted files and restore from that. Still no luck. I can not do an XP restore as it's been to long... I need to find a way to get round this without formatting the Drive.
I've looked at all the forums I can find and done ever check and deleted every file I can find. There must be away of by passing the check the game does and force it to install.
