empier earth 3 wont install

and this is my second copy thinking the first was a error with the cd itself anyway whenever i install or try to install i get this message after it says push next to install

"LastDIIError1407,Description Cannot Find Window Class."

any idears cos i really want to try this ame out

Hey
is your vista creating some problem
Try it in XP in any others system
In your system where you are installing the EE3 delete all previous files.
Then retry
