Fraps- Connecting 360 to PC

I just got fraps and i wanted to capture footage from my 360 onto the computer, using fraps obviously. My questions are:

Is it possible to connect the 360 to the PC to gain footage and gameplay etc? (i think i can)

And if so How?? Is it a USB connection or something. Help would be much appreciated.

To record from VCR to PC you need a TV Tuner/Capture device, either internal PCI or external USB.

Hauppauge WinTV PVR-350 (PCI)
ATI TV-Wonder (PCI)
Hauppauge WinTV (USB)
ATI TV-Wonder (USB)

For future inquiries it's best to create a new thread.

To connect to a laptop that lacks integrated video inputs you'll need a USB adapter such as those sold by Dazzle and Pinnacle.
