Xbox drive

i've had my xbox for about a year and 3 months, and lately it has been acting up. the eject button, i'll press it but the tray will only open halfway and i'll have to pull it out the rest way and i'll push it to close and the light will only flash and the tray won't move at all. has it turned retarded or something?

Sounds like the motor has burned out. Your best bet is to contact Microsoft and get the unit serviced.

You should be able to find contact details on the www.xbox.com website.
