PS2 problems

a couple days ago my PS2 fell off my shelf destroying one of my memory cards and makeing the controler slot 1 only works if presure is put on the plug. does anyone know how i can make the controler work without having to sit beside it and push it in?

If you're daring and out of your warranty you can open it to get a better idea of the damage. I will warn you, though, replugging the controller ports is a b***h. If you find it's damaged beyond your skill or liking you can get a replacement online. There are tons of sites that sells parts both new and used.
