Weird behavior.
I recently had to replace the laser of my slim ps2 with a jap version laser that my friend had lying around. Yesterday it was working fine but today, the first time that I turned it on, it went to the "playstation 2" logo and then I was met with a black screen. This lasted for about two minutes or so. I restarted it and everything worked fine again. Do I have anything to worry about? Also are the cables that connects the laser lens to the system very sensitive? I had to use some force to take them out in order to replace it didnt seem like there was any noticeable damage though.
Also...will using ac connector from a japanese ps2 to a US ps2 harm the system? |
