PS2(or any console) audio issue
I know I am not the only one asking this question, so hopefully someone out there has a solution to help not only me but everyone else with the problem.
I have a PS2 which I use for gaming and DVDs on a regular basis. the issue is audio. When I watch my TV I have the volume set at level 12, when I play games or watch movies I need to boost it up to level 63(the max level), however this is usually still not loud enough... I know you can get amplifiers for the input cables but they are rather expensive, anyone know of a cheap solution?? thanks in advance for any help!! |

this sounds like a connector problem, do you use a scart or pin connection with 3 channel (sound L and R and picture)?

Are you using the analog audio cables (red and white) or optical? I've noticed that when using the optical cable my DVDs require me to turn my stereo to about 40/100 and games require about 25/100.
