Re: Fifa won't load

Hello aliboy22 and welcome to TSF!

Is your memory card/hard drive full?

If not, let's go ahead and clear the cache of either and try again. I believe there was a cache file up in the system that disallows the game to completely load.

With your storage device plugged in, follow the steps.
1. In your dashboard select System.
2. Select Memory by pressing A.
3. "Highlight" a storage device, just move to it so it becomes highlighted and press Y.
4. The screen should show the ability to clear the system cache but if it doesn't proceed to the next step.
5. Press X,X, left bumper, right bumper, x,x.
6. A message should appear and ask you if you would like to perform system maintenance, enter yes.

Re: Fifa won't load

Well you didn't have to format it, sorry to hear the saved data got lost. The problem may be that the game may not support your version of the xbox. Is the xbox updated with the current version using xbox live?

Re: Fifa won't load

Ali, you probably just need to update the xbox 360 system files. You can update it with the internet connection that you have now. Do you need help setting up your xbox 360 to connect to xbox live?

Re: Fifa won't load

Aliboy22, Is your son using an ''Xbox live account''? If so his account can be recovered from the Xbox database by using the e-mail adress and password which were registered when making the account. I still believe that your son lost all the data but he will recover all his achievements, friends and settings saved with that account. If the account was not on Xbox live, i'm sorry but that always a good reason to play the game over again.

Also i don't think updating will work. 7/10 users play online with an Xbox, if you really had to update that means that 3 out of every 10 couldn't play any new released game because they should update their system files, which is ridiculous but i really hope i'm wrong.

I've never heard about a laser beam that isn't strong enough to read a simple disc, wouldn't believe that since your son can play other games.

If the game doesn't work i would bring it back.

I have no clue...
