Exclamation Streaming Xbox 360 Online

I'm stupid when it comes to forums like this! Because I never know where to post! lol.

I use an ADS Tech DVD Xpress capture card for YouTube videos.
I want to use it for streaming either on BlogTV or uStream.

I was told by a uStream Maitenance person to get ManyCam 2.4.

I got it.

When I go to select my capture card, this error message comes up:
"Can't connect to video source. Please check another video capture device."

Someone help me!
I'm sick of using my webcam! >.<

Re: Streaming Xbox 360 Online

No. I'm trying to stream my Xbox 360 on uStream or BlogTV. A uStream maintenance person told me to use ManyCam. When I use ManyCam, it reads my capture card, but it says "Can't Connect to Video Device!"

Re: Streaming Xbox 360 Online

Manycam is an application built for webcams, not for the xbox 360. How did you connect your xbox to your computer?
I'm not sure why the uStream maintenance person told you that it would work, but I'm sure it doesn't.
You can use a high quality webcam set up on a tripod that way you can live stream to your computer.

*sighs* no. I use a capture card to record videos with and post on YouTube. I was told to use that capture card on ManyCam. It came up, but it gave me that error!

Re: Streaming Xbox 360 Online

Its an ADS Tech DVD Xpress capture card. I use my component cables (Green, Blue, Red) for the 360 on my TV, and I use the standard (Yellow, Red, White) on the capture card!

Re: Streaming Xbox 360 Online

First see if you can use the CapWiz software that came with the capture card. See if you can capture that way.
