Nat Settings For Xbox Live plz help

Hi guys iv got strict nat settings on my router and iv read through most of the solutions but im running mine from my bt home hub 2 to a seperate wired router from maplins and none of these solutions tell me how to do it through a second router any suggestions ? PLZZZZZZZZZZ my xbox is almost ready to be through out the window!!!!

(My Connection is that bad i get kicked out of a race on forza 2 or i get kicked out when choosing a car and i know its not the disc cuz i copied a freinds new clean copy to my hard drive and it still crashes)

Please post your exact network set up.
Also, click back on your web browser and look at the top few topics. Look for the one that says xbox live nat or something similar. Your answer should be there. But if you are still having problems, reply back.
(IE Surfboard modem-->linksys router-->computer receiving wireless signal---> xbox 360)
