Re: Constant NAT 3 on PS3
What is the make and model of your modem and router? It's possible the ports may not be configured correctly depending on your setup.

Re: Constant NAT 3 on PS3
Is that the only external device you are using for Internet? With the ports open/DMZ enabled, try disabling UPNP.

Re: Constant NAT 3 on PS3
Yes, I only have the router. Unfortunately it did not give me NAT 2 I have enabled the following ports
TCP:80, 443, 5223 UDP: 5223, 3478, 3479 It won't allow me to enable 3658 for UDP. I have opened up DMZ and disabled UpNp, still no luck. |

Re: Constant NAT 3 on PS3
Can you post a screenshot of the page where you forwarded in the router? Also, who is your ISP?

Re: Constant NAT 3 on PS3
Is the PS3 connected wired or wirelessly to the router?

Re: Constant NAT 3 on PS3
Are you getting a specific error message while trying to create an entry for UDP 3658? Also, did you reboot the router when you enabled the ports? If not, try rebooting the router and testing the connection again on the PS3.

Re: Constant NAT 3 on PS3
I don't think NAT Type 2 is going to work on that router, as it should be with the ports open if you are not using a second router for Internet. Looks like you may have to get a different modem if possible with Telus.

Re: Constant NAT 3 on PS3
Hey I am having the exact same problem. I cannot forward port UDP 3658 and it gives me this error message "One or more of the requested ports is already allocated for system use."

Re: Constant NAT 3 on PS3
Try resetting the router to factory default settings.
Note: This will reset everything you have set in the router, including network keys (WEP, WPA etc.), time, filters etc, and restore the router completely to default settings. Take a paper clip, and push it in the reset button for 10-15 seconds.
