PS3 oline help please!!

recently when i log on to play an online game i get to play for a little bit but get disconnected from my psn. Ive gone back to network setting and tryed to fix it but now i have more troubles. It says it cant find my IP address? Can anyone help me fix this mess. I use wirless and i dont know if thats the problem.

Hello iggyyy!

How far is the PS3 from the router? Chances are the distance may be blocking the connection.

Is it possible for you to connect the router directly to your PS3? This will fix the problem if it isn't a hardware issue.

its kinda far but ive gotten got connection in the past, its about 15% but lately about 5%. I keep trying to get it working but still says it cant find my IP address? I have the WEP but even that doesnt work. Shouldi just call my internet provider, can they help?

Yes, I would recommend contacting your ISP now.

Do you have any other computers accessing the same wireless connection? If so, does the connection work for them?
