Tcp & UDP Ports on PS3

Not getting points for games won on Tiger 10.EA say could be ports need opening..Its thru Orange Live Box router.Phoned Orange and although it is their router they wont or cant tell me if the ports are open.playstation cant help either .. maybe you can ????

According to portforward.com the ports needed to be open for all PS3 games are:

TCP: 80, 443, 5223

UDP: 5223, 3478, 3479, 3658

i tried doing this but do not know what the inbound ports and private ports are, im assuming one of them are these. but what is the other, or are they both the same? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME
