Playstation 3 help
I suppose the answer to this problem will be something simple, if found. A few hours ago I made a new account on my Playstation 3. Under friends I selected text chat and a window popped up saying "Cannot use text chat" only giving me the option to close it. I tried my main account and text chat worked fine, then another account which it didn't work on. I was wondering if anyone knew why it won't work on this account. I think it may have been due to something in the process of me setting the account up but I didn't do anything differently so I have no idea. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
