Xbox 360 Ip address problem..

My IP address on that keeps changing, and one of my friends told me that if that happens someone was trying to access my account... and it won't restore to factory basics. Thankfully, I have not put any credit info because I am on 1 month trial. Please help on how to change this. Thank you. I have also set up a passcode if that is to any help

That is because it has a dynamic ip address, not because you are being hacked... when you can't think of an explanation right away it's best not to over-dramaticize.

If you use DSL then that would explain why the IP changes. As the sentence explained you likely have a dynamic address which means it changes often. It does NOT mean you're being hacked.
