Wii Shopping Channel - Can't redeem points

So here's my problem.

A few hours ago I bought 1000 Nintendo Points at my local gamestore. I opened the package, scratched off the grey stuff and put in the code, and it said it was correct. It asked if I was sure I wanted to redeem 1000 points, so I said Yes. A few seconds later an error message popped up saying:

Error 205813

Please contact Nintendo for support,

I've redeemed loads of other cards and I've never had a problem with this, my Wi-Fi is also working fine. I can't return the card since I've already scratched it. I really need some help because that's 10 bucks down the drain, and I'm not really the richest kid in town.

Why don't you try contacting Nintendo for support then...
