[SOLVED] Connect audio to PC

I have an m7250n HP PC and I wan't to run the sound from my PlayStation 3 through my PC into my speakers. The PC has component in. That way I have the HDMI in the monitor and while I am running my PC with no display, just the sound from the PS3.

VIDEO
PS3---------------(HDMI)-----------> Monitor
|
| Audio
|------------>PC>----------------->Speakers
(Component) (3.5mm Speakers)

What software could I use?

I'd say it would be easyier to plug your PS3 straight into your speakers. I assume they use a minijack input. What you can do is take the standard deffinition cable from your PS3, take the red and white plugs and plug them into a cable like this:

Female phonos to mini jack:

You might be able to plug that straight into your speakers, depends on the design of them. However, if you use one of these you can plug your PC and PS3 into your speakers at the same time, weather you plug this into the back of your PC or the back of your speakers.

I figured out a way. I found a converter RCA to Male 0.35 mm. Then I connected it into the mic in my computer. Unmute the mic and all the audio goes through my computer. :)
