Xbox live content after licence transfer

Hey everyone.
I was on xbox live and some guy told me a way of getting free xbox live downloaded content through transferring licenses.

Well my friend is going to buy an xbox soon and i was wondering I transfer my license to his console so he gets all this downloaded content for free will i still be able to use it on my console just like a use to?

As far as I am awhere it's DRM so the stuff you've downloaded can only be used for your profile.
