Xbox Action Replay HELP!

Alright I will explain it all for the best help.

I want to soft mod my xbox. So I looked in basement and I had my old action replay wire (The one that you put the memory card in and connect in USB)

So, I go on ebay and order a 8mb memory card.

Then I look on the web and I get a "Xbox Action Replay" torrent because I don't have CD, Then I go to the codejunkies site and update it.

Memory card comes I plug everything up run Action Replay and... I can't put anything on the memory card. When I plug it in the computer detects it and what not but the action replay program has a gray circle and dosn't let me drag to the card, only to computer.

Is it because I don't have the disk? Is it drivers? Please help me asap!

Thanks!
