ps3 strangelhold - disconnected from server

We got a ps3 yesterday. I connected wirelessly to the internet & the browser works fine, but when my husband tries to play Stranglehold on line it says "disconnected from server". I havent had a chance to mess with it too much and he's pretty technically challenged. just wondering if theres a quick fix. thanx!

Could be NAT settings. I'm not sure how to check this on the PS3 but there is probably a utility in the PS3 somewhere. If not then it may be an IP clash.

Post your Router - make and model

You will need to open ports for the Playstation Network.
