Shivering isles on 360 problems

I played Si on my lvl 20 account before, and i quit to play normal oblivion, so all my stuff from SI disappeared, so i bought it again and now when i go to SI i cant talk to any1 they have no dialogue topics and i cannot barter or persuade anyone. Also, none of my equiptment came back and my quests list will not show my quests for sheogorath. Also, i cannot talk to sheogorath all i can do is end the conversation. Anyone else ever get this? Can anyone else help me???Please????????

are you using separate game files or the same one?

It would sound to me like your game file maybe corrupt.
