Has does a PS2 look plugged into an LCD monitor via component?

I'm thinking of getting this monitor:

and plugging my PS2 into it via component cables. However, I'm wondering how it will look, and how will PS2 games (both 480p and 480i games) look on LCD monitors and LCD TVs as well.

well it willl ok obviously better than a regular TV. A little too much for a PS2? although its got the built in speakers so that should be nice
you should have a very crisp picture and see evey little pixel

most 42 inch TV's only have a contrast ratio of 10,000:1 (same as the monitor) and your monitor has all the connections you need

are you using it for your computer too?

Actually it looks terrible. I even plugged it in with component cables and it looked terrible. I was surprised by the bad quality of 480p on a 1080p TV.

so I guess you see every Pixel on the PS2 right?

I remember playing crysis then playing my old FF7 on my computer, its an eyesore and I couldn't play too long
