Dont know if anyone can help but...(PS3/HD TV Question)

Hi, I recently bought a samsung 26 inch HD LCD TV to go with my PS3. For the most part the picture quality is really good but in some instanced there are problems. Some of the textures can appear really blocky, it is really noticable when looking at smoke for example. When looking closely at it it looks like a load of grey squares of differing shades. Do you think there is something wrong with my TV??

what are you using to connect the TV to the PS3?
Component?
HDMI?

It's your ps3. I have the same setup and mine looks great. try tweaking some settings.

what about the TV settings have you changed them for higher input 480 or 720 to 1080?
