Xbox 360 wont connect to the internet
i am having trouble trying to connect my xbox to the internet. i am using an xbox wireless adapter but when i try and connect i cannot find my computers ip address. any help is appreciated

You don't want your computers IP address. Turn on the Xbox 360, the adapter light should be red. Go to your network settings on dashboard and make sure that everything is on automatic. You have to search for your router and connect to it.

yeh i have tried that a million times when i search for my router nothing comes up, so i entered the ssid manually and it connected, but when trying to connect to xbox live it says my ip adress fails
