so heres the prob when i turn on my xbox everything is fine and then it signs me into my gamertag and live and everthing works great but then like every 15 to 30 min it sgins me off and so i called xbox and they cant do anything so i call the internet people and their like u need to change ur nat to open so i did that and then everthing worked like a dream for a week and then it started to happen again and then i changed my nat to modderate to see if that would help but it didnt so i changed it back to open and it still does it and now i can barly get messanger to work on my xbox so can any one help o yea this has been going on for about 4 mounths and realy has been geting me mad

You need an open NAT. It works like this: Open NAT can communicate with Open, moderate and strict. Moderate can communicate with open and moderate. Strict can only communicate with open NAT. So it's clear that you'll get the best connection with an Open NAT. You should open the correct ports.
