xbox drive wont close
our xbox drive door has had problems sticking, not opening right away. A little thump would usually get it to open. Now it is stuck open and will not shut. what can I do?

Send it to Microsoft, or you can try to fix it yourself. However, if you're still covered under the 3 year warranty, try and get 3 red rings and they'll fix it for free.
