Tritton ax360 Headphones help
I picked these up a couple days ago. They have worked perfectly with absolutely no problems except for one. When i'm playing online and hear other players voices there is a slight blip cut out of their voice. This blip is also sometimes followed by a static noise for a split second. This only happens online.
I've sent a message to my self with the head set and played it back with no issues. Watching movies and playing games has worked perfectly. I've tried the official xbox head set hooked into my controllers and had the voice chat play through the speakers. Yet again still that slight cut off in peoples voices. I then tried a different optical cable, still the same results. I also tried them on another persons xbox hooked up through hd commonent, still the same results. I currently have my 360 hooked up to a 19 inch monitor through vga. The headset is set up through an optical cable. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I really have no idea what this issue is and I seem to have tried everything. I called customer support and thus far all they've been able to suggest I do is wait for the new head set there sending me to arrive. The head set is detachable. I highly doubt that is the issue because the microsoft headset yeilded the exact same results. ANY help is much appreciated, i'm at a loss. |
