Psp Help!!!

hey all, i made a pandoras battery and mms, but when i downloaded the things when that works i turned of my psp but not it wont turn back on? do any1 no how to reset a psp?

there is a reset called a hard reset, were you hold the power switch in the up position for about 10 seconds then trun it on if needed. that worked when my psp wouldant turn on. you will hear the little noise and Sony computer entertainment.
