Xbox 360 help!

Me and my brother are trying to find out if there is a way to connect to live without useing ethernet cords and without using the network adapter. We found out that if you have a computer with wireless interent you can but we don't have wireless interenet. But we do have a wireless router is there a way to connect the 360 to the router.

MS sells a wireless USB adapter for a cool $100.

I know there is but it seems a bit too much for that. I've been looking for another way to do it.

i think i paid about $60 for my d-link wireless adapter and thats usb
