psp trouble

hey guys im having trouble with my psp . everytime i try to update it says

"the system configuration of this psp system does not appear to be correct . the update cannot be completed.(drnffffffd7)"

so can anyone please tell me what is going on ? cuz im clueless

my current system version is 3.11

You are using a PSP-2000, also called the slim, right?

no its a psp 1006.. not the slim

Mine gives this error message when i try to update and there is no internet connection available.

Are you sure you are connected ok?
