Hi, welcome to TSF.
I'm not entirely confident you will be able to do that without the use of a computer. The AC595U I take it is a USB modem which needs software installed to be able to be used, because the PS3 is not a PC, it won't allow you to install the software onto it. You will need a PC as well if you want to use a USB modem.
