PS3 and orange livebox

I cant log my ps3 onto my orange livebox router the ps3 tell me to check the router security which if fine I have tried connecting with security disabled and it comes up with the same error code. I also have this problem with another laptop which cant log on to the router. Any help appreciated

Are you trying to connect it wirelessly or wired?

Wireless on both the ps3 and the laptop. I have 2 laptops that work fine.

I'm assuming when you say you've turned security off and you've turned the firewall off and removed the encryption key?

Restarting both the PS3 and the router has worked for a few people.
If MAC filtering is on, try turning it off.
Updating the PS3 firmware also seems to have worked for a few people.
