I have a hdmi-dvi-d cable i bought on monoprice.com (great site good prices btw) i connected it from my 60 gb ps3 to my HDCP compatible Dell 1908FPt 19" monitor which has display options as such:
1024x768 800x600 1280x600 1280x768 1280x1024 1280x768 Once everything was connected properly I switch my monitor to digital input. Pressing and holding the power button on my ps3 for 5 seconds then waited. The screen turned blue then that was all. From then on it would remain a dark blue screen until I shut off the PS3. Im guessing there is some sort of video output from the ps3 but it seems to not fully handshake. Please share your experiences and ideas, Thank you |
