x sticking

Hi, the x button on my psp keeps sticking, i was told to spray some body deodorant on it to free it form any sticky stuff that may have gotten in it ie sweets,sugar from drinks etc it seems to work for a shot time but then starts sticking again, any advice would be more than welcome. thanks in advance

get a cloth rinse it with water, squeeze it and rub it over the keys, and press it alot while it's wet
