PSP Lite not reading any disk
my screen got cracked from the top left corner so i replaced it. before replacing the screen, i could here the disk loading. i changed the screen, it was a simple procedure. however, now when i turn on the machine, the new screen works fine but the disk wont load. i can barely hear any noise in the disk compartment and i know its not spinning for sure coz i placed in the UMD and after the error "The disk could not be read" i open the compartment and disk is in the same state (i placed the disk with the PS logo facing out) and this is the case with all the disks. i even updated the firmware through network update. still the same thing. can someone please help. its a PSP 2001.
