Xbox Live: Logging in on dashboard problem.

I've had Xbox Live for 3 days, after not having it for about 2 years, amazingly.

Since yesterday I've been unable to log in to my Xbox Live account - only unable through the dashboard.
When I enter the marketplace/xbox live tab, I select the "Log in" option, and my connection's great and everything. I log in for half a second after it loads, and then I get automatically logged out as if I never tried logging in. Sometimes if I do manage to log in, suddenly it starts up whatever game I put in. And no, it's not because I just inserted the game, it's inside the whole time.

As I just said, my connection is perfect and I CAN log in to Xbox Live in any way except through the dashboard, and it's REALLY annoying, since this makes me unable to access many things, including the marketplace and whatever else I can get to on Xbox Live through the dashboard...


Someone save me.

Solved, it was somehow permenantly fixed after I set up my Windows Media Center. I don't know if Windows Media Center really helped, but it's gone for some reason.
