Exclamation Cannot connect to XBOX live due to MTU failing
I've just setup my broadband connection with Tiscali and i was given a 'siemens se 587 router'. I can connect to the internet, but i'm unable to connect to xbox live. When i test my xbox connection settings, it's failing on the MTU.
I went to the xbox website for support and it said it should be set to greater than 1364. So checked the MTU setting on my router and it's set to 1492. Has anyone got any ideas why this could be failing or how this could be fixed? Cheers  |
