[SOLVED] Cant sign in to Hotmail Account on Xbox Live.

It says,
"This action can not be performed at this time. Please try again later."
The error code is 8007274c.

My Xbox 360, which is connected to my Vista PC by ICS, was just upgraded with the new dashboard update when I went on "Join Live" for the first time, so that means that there isnt a problem with my connection. By the way this will be my first time ever joining Xbox Live.

Can you run the Network test, (on the 360) or whatever it's called and see what results that yeilds?

Is it letting you sign in to xbox live at all? or are these just messenger problems your having?
