If I use satalite internet to play my Ps2 online,will it use up our time online?

If you're on a metered connection then yes, your allotted time will be used as long as you play online games on the PS2.

Well,it's not really measured by time...it's the amount of data sent..I only know this cause my mom watched alot of music videos and couldn't get online for the rest of the day.
