Xbox 360 Nat Strict - Help!

Hi, I can connect to xbox live fine no problems, but the NAT comes up as strict, so this means its harder to find games on live etc, so im trying to get a open NAT and i wonder if you could help me....

im connecting it via a ethernet cable to my laptop and my laptop is wirelessly connected to my "BT Home Hub"

Basically it says to do the following i did all the way up to "Devices" part
where you find your XBOX 360 ip and then click on configure.. but it does not show up, does anyone no why ? or can tell me another way how to get my NAT settings to open, without spending £60 on a XBOX wireless adapter

Your nat has to do with your internet router can you start a thread in networking and post with your router brand and model number, they will know what you do.

Er ive got a BT Home Hub

.... they dont have a model number
